The Seattle Test Kitchen offers a spectacular “stadium-style” seating arrangement. This facility offers a more intimate feel than that of our Tacoma location and provides outstanding visibility to the center cooking and preparation area. Just like our Tacoma Test Kitchen, the cook line can be configured to meet your specific needs and allows users to see the latest in foodservice equipment. The Seattle Test Kitchen has two plasma screens, a full surround sound system, and state-of-the-art equipment in order to conduct meetings or general product preparations.
